Training should help you feel strong, capable, and comfortable in your body. We will use a mix of bodyweight training, traditional strength work, mobility, breathing exercises, general movement, and agility drills. The goal is to keep things engaging, progressive, and practical.Our sessions are shaped around how you move, how you feel, and what you’re working towards. We will focus on consistency, variety, and open communication, adjusting things as we go so the training keeps moving in the right direction.One of the most important things I want you to gain is awareness of your body and how it moves. Along the way, you will learn simple concepts you can use on your own (including nutrition and recovery tools), so your progress doesn’t stop when the session ends.
